I truly believe this place is a scam. It reminds me of a franchise boutique dental company. The type of company that is mainly trying to make money. I was charged over 600.00 for a cleaning. I got up and left before the cleaning was done. The “doctor” who was taking care of me was very young and obviously a new doctor. I take pride in telling the truth and being a voice for others especially when it comes to healthcare. I tried to explain to the “doctor” that 600.00 copay for a cleaning is a lot and it’s not ordinary for a dentist to order a deep cleaning for a patient the very same day of their first visit. They should have done a normal cleaning first and then scheduled a deep cleaning for my second visit. It’s obvious that the staff I communicated with was young and very out of touch with reality. They couldn’t even tell me how much my insurance would be charged. Don’t go to this place! Find a real dentist office with seasoned doctors. Horrible experience! And to add: they rescheduled my appointment for an hour later the same day of the appointment and I waited in the office for 2-3 hours all to be told the cleaning would be 600.00 because it was a deep cleaning. Dr. Cartran is by far the best dentist I have been to. Going to the dentist used to give me so much anxiety but the entire team here makes you feel completely at ease from the moment you walk through the door. He’s is super gentle, explains everything clearly before doing any work, and genuinely cares about your comfort. The office is always spotless and the staff is exceptionally warm and welcoming. My teeth look and feel amazing. If you are looking for a dentist who is professional, kind, and truly skilled at what they do, look no further. Highly recommended!

Chris is friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The hygienist and doctors here also professional. The place is clean, comfortable and I actually spend time here to work while waiting for my family on their dental work. I will come back every 6 months now:)

I had an excellent experience with Anelis, my dental hygienist. She is very professional, kind, and gentle. She made me feel very comfortable throughout the cleaning and took the time to explain everything to me with great patience. You can tell that she truly cares about her patients and takes pride in doing an excellent job. I definitely recommend Anelis! She is an excellent professional and a wonderful person. 🦷✨

I am so glad that I switched to this dental practice! Had the best experience and now have a clear and dental care plan. Front desk staff are very kind, professional and helpful. Dentists were very caring and attentive. Office is very clean, bright and welcoming! Great location and easy parking. Check in and out seamless and efficient.
